A Brief History

Ready for a journey through SPRUNG.RAUM's history? In 2016, Nadira Stahl-Essberger launched the first SPRUNG.RAUM in Berlin. Just one year later, Hamburg joined the trampoline movement. 2019 marked our year of expansion: First Kiel came on board, followed by Cologne/Bonn in autumn. Today, Nadira leads the SPRUNG.RAUM Holding GmbH from Hamburg as founder and CEO - a true family business that she runs together with her husband Helge Stahl.
