The BASIC.SPRUNG
Fundamentals of trampolining
The instructors will introduce you to the basics (body posture when using the trampolines) and guide you through the first simple acrobatic exercises. This trampoline course in Cologne/Bonn offers training that develops coordination, self-confidence and body awareness.
Our skilled instructors are proficient in a wide range of jumps, which they use to continually motivate participants and encourage peak performance. Besides having fun, you'll also burn plenty of calories.
If you're new to trampolining, we recommend starting with this course. Our BASIC.SPRUNG will perfectly prepare you for our TRICK.SPRUNG.
