You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. 2. **Withdrawal period.** The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. 3. **How to exercise your right of withdrawal.** To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, **SPRUNG.RAUM Tempelhof GmbH – Kiel branch, Am Neumarkt 36, 22041 Hamburg, kiel@sprungraum.de**, of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires. 4. **Effects of withdrawal** If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
