  • SPRUNG.RAUM Hamburg is your XXL trampoline park with over 7 jumping areas to let off steam.
  • Experience wild jumps and creative tricks on our FREEJUMP trampolines and in the FOAM PIT.
  • Challenge your friends to DODGEBALL.RELOADED or AIR.SOCCER.
  • On your first visit to SPRUNG.RAUM trampoline park Hamburg, you'll need to purchase SPRUNG.RAUM socks for €3.50.
  • A small and worthwhile investment in your safety. SPRUNG.RAUM socks are mandatory with us!
  • Personal grip socks or jump socks from other trampoline parks are not permitted.
  • You can bring and reuse your SPRUNG.RAUM socks as long as the grip pattern is still in good condition.
  • SPRUNG.RAUM socks are included with BIRTHDAY.JUMP and CORPORATE.JUMP bookings.

Important information about your SPRUNG.RAUM Hamburg tickets

Reservations are not possible.

For guaranteed entry at your chosen jump time, we always recommend booking online!

Accompanying adults only pay admission for children under 6 years.

Children under 3 jump for free. Only the supervising adult needs to pay.

Children 6 and over may access the trampoline area without accompaniment.

For safety reasons, children under 6 must have a paying adult supervisor.

We open 30 minutes before the day's first jump session. Early arrivals will need to wait briefly.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your booked jump time to allow for comfortable changing and the essential safety briefing!

Please arrive at least 40 minutes before your JUMP.TIME. During sold-out events, longer wait times may occur due to all guests starting together. This ensures smooth check-in and preparation.

TIP: TIP: For children under 6, we recommend off-peak times: Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 15:00 - provided there are no SCHOOL.JUMP or other group events taking place. Please enquire in advance.
