You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. 2. **Withdrawal period.** The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. 3. **How to exercise your right of withdrawal.** To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, **SPRUNG.RAUM Hamburg GmbH, Am Neumarkt 36, 22041 Hamburg, hamburg@sprungraum.de**, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires. 4. **Effects of withdrawal** If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
