The BOUNCE.PARKOUR at SPRUNG.RAUM Hamburg offers plenty of fun for beginners and pros alike. You'll train your jumping power, jumping precision, skill, and tactics.
The BOUNCE.PARKOUR consists of 7 different stations, plus trampolines.
Various obstacles and hurdles await you, which you have to complete in different ways. You always jump from one trampoline to the next obstacle. Sometimes you have to climb, sometimes duck, or sometimes balance and make yourself small. Some obstacles require more courage and a decisive jump than others. If you can't manage an obstacle, just skip it.
At the end, a gigantic ball awaits you – dare you jump onto it?
